Question How do you prepare my order?
AnswerI always wrap your orders with all my care and love. I also reuse protector materials because I want your items to reach you with no damage at all.
Sustainability is very, very important to me, so I always use reused, recycled or environmentally friendly materials. That way, the track of my business affects as little as possible our beautiful planet.
I reuse cardboards and plastics, my business cards are made of recycled paper and the yellow tissue paper is made of soy-based inks, on FSC-certified paper, and is acid, sulphur, and lignin-free. It’s 100% compostable, recyclable, and made from recycled materials.
I invite you to reuse my packaging materials too once you receive your order, so we create an amazing green chain!
Question Is there any free gift included?
AnswerYes! I will send a free gift in every order made of 5 € or more (shipping costs not included). It will usually be a free sticker that I will announce on my Instagram. Follow me there so you do not miss anything! 🙂
Question When are orders sent out?
AnswerOrders are sent out every week.
Question What payment methods do you accept?
AnswerAt this moment, these payment methods are accepted : Bank transfer and PayPal.
Question Once I make my order, will I receive a tracking number?
AnswerDuring the checkout process you have to choose your favorite shipping option.
Ordinary mail is cheaper, but it does not include any tracking number. Please notice that, once I leave your package in the post office, I have no way to know where it is, so it’s a risk that you decide to take.
The certificated option is more expensive but it includes a tracking number that I send you once I’ve left your package in the post office, so you can check where it is anytime.
Question How long does shipping take?
AnswerDue to covid-19, shipping time is hard to calculate. Please, be patient because, once I send your order, if you don’t choose tracking delivery there’s no way to know where your order is.
In normal circumstances (which is not the case now): national orders (remember that I send from Spain) take from 1 day to 2 weeks, EU ones take from 4 days to 1 month, and international ones from 15 days up to 2 months.
Please note that special times of the year such as Christmas or Summer Season might mean postal services are flooded with parcels and delays are therefore sometimes longer.

Question What about customs?
AnswerOrders sent out of the EU will have a customs label attached. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Question Do you accept returns and exchanges?
AnswerI do not do returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me so we can find a solution.
Question Do you accept commissions?
AnswerI sometimes do, but they’re not are not always open! It depends on how busy I am at that moment. Please, send me an email in case you’re interested and I will tell you.
